For our 10th Anniversary Celebration, we are excited to bring in a few special guests that will inspire our audience.
Dwayne Ballen, an award winning journalist and television sportscaster, will speak to the Gala attendees about his journey as a parent of a son with a
utism. Through his blog and new book “Journey with Julian” he is hoping to spread awareness of the struggles and strengths his family has encountered through life.
And the Foundation for Respect Ability was such a great speaker at our Power of Play conference in the Spring, that we have asked that they come back and bring an inclusive group of Charlotte school children to entertain us all with a few songs about diversity and tolerance. The Foundation conducts workshops, concerts and in-school programs to spread their message through music.
