 PARTNERSHIPS

PARTNER WITH THE NATIONAL INCLUSION PROJECT

Meaningful inclusion doesn't happen by chance—it happens through intentional partnerships, shared commitment, and practical action. The National Inclusion Project partners with organizations ready to strengthen their capacity to create welcoming, equitable experiences for individuals of all abilities.

Whether you're looking to equip your workforce, transform your organization, or join a national community of changemakers, we have partnership opportunities designed to meet you where you are. Contact our Director of Inclusive Partnerships, [email protected], for more information.

I appreciated that the NIP training was customized for our program. It took the inclusion strategies we already implement to a whole new level with new ideas and new resources to serve our children even better.

NATIONAL TRAINING PARTNERSHIPS

Empower Your Workforce

Every organization deserves a workforce that is equipped and empowered to create welcoming, inclusive experiences for individuals of all abilities. Through an ongoing or recurring training partnerships, we'll help your team build the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to make inclusion part of everyday practice.

Whether you're onboarding new employees, developing supervisors and leadership teams, or implementing a long-term learning strategy, we become an extension of your team—providing expert guidance every step of the way.

Recognizing that every organization has unique training needs, we offer flexible, scalable learning solutions that fit your workforce. From in-person trainings and live virtual workshops to custom asynchronous learning modules, pre-recorded training libraries, and train-the-trainer models, we can design a professional development strategy that works for your staff, your schedule, and your goals.

Together, we'll build a tiered learning approach that empowers every employee—from frontline staff to executive leadership—to champion inclusion with confidence.

This partnership is a great fit if your organization:

  • Wants to establish a consistent, organization-wide approach to disability inclusion.
  • Operates across multiple locations and needs scalable, high-quality training solutions.
  • Is onboarding new employees throughout the year and wants inclusion embedded from day one.
  • Is looking to provide different learning opportunities for frontline staff, supervisors, managers, and executive leadership.
  • Wants flexible training options that fit diverse schedules and learning preferences, including in-person, live virtual, asynchronous, or blended formats.

NETWORK OF INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES (NIC)

Join a National Community of Leaders

Looking for expert guidance and the support of peers working toward the same goal? The Network of Inclusive Communities (NIC) is a cohort-based virtual learning experience that combines facilitated learning, practical implementation, and collaboration with organizations across the country over a seven-month period.

Participants engage in live virtual sessions, collaborative learning with peers, practical work sessions, and self-paced activities that support meaningful organizational growth.

Throughout the cohort, organizations will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational disability inclusion using the National Inclusion Project's Standards for Inclusive Recreation Programs.
  • Assess their current practices and identify opportunities for meaningful growth.
  • Create an actionable inclusion roadmap with measurable goals and implementation strategies.
  • Explore best practices in inclusive leadership, staffing, hiring, facilities, program design, accommodations, communication, and organizational systems.
  • Learn practical tools and strategies that can be immediately implemented within their organization.
  • Collaborate with professionals from organizations across the country to exchange ideas, resources, and solutions.
  • Receive expert consultation and feedback throughout the implementation process.
  • Strengthen their organization's long-term capacity to create inclusive programs, services, and experiences for individuals of all abilities.
