Refunds and Exchanges Instructions

You may return most items purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

In order to get a refund, please send us an email requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization.

 

When sending your item(s) back to us, they must be in their original condition.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return if you are exchanging or obtaining a refund for your merchandise. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Additionally, for items that are high value items, you may want to insure your shipments. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST RETURNS.

 

For exchanges, simply place a new order for the items you want and follow the refund process outlined above.

Damaged Orders

If you received a damaged product, please contact us at contactus@inclusionproject.org with the details of your order and we will respond within 5-7 business days with instructions on how to return the damaged items. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship a replacement for the damaged item. You will not be responsible for the return shipping charges or the shipping of your replacement items.
