NEW!! The opportunity to INTRODUCE A FRIEND to the Gala for FREE!! Bring a friend who has never been to a gala before and they can attend all of the above events as your guest. *Due to limited availability of front row seating, some friends may need to be in the 2nd row of the theater. Staff will work directly with Platinum Guests on specifics.


Registration Instructions

  • Gold and silver level guests will be able to register online through the National Inclusion Project website.
  • Platinum level guests are asked to call into the office at 919-314-5540 to register.  On the first day of sale, you will choose the Gala registration extension to leave your name and number (this will save your place in line) and when a staff person is available (that same day), they will call you for all of your information and to discuss all the benefits. Once it has been open for more than a few hours, please contact Tonya Gillham to register. Please note: Your seating assignment will be based on the time of your voicemail. 
  • Because of credit card processing fees, we would prefer that all guests pay by check, but it is not necessary. You will be given the chance to choose your payment method when you register. Please note: Seat assignments will be made based on time of registration submission, NOT when payment arrives.

  • Registrations are non-refundable. However, patrons may upgrade by calling the Project office at 919-314-5540.
  • The Champions Gala on Saturday night will be held in the McGlohon Theater at Spirit Square in Charlotte, NC this year. You can view information about the facility and the seating chart on their website.
  • The Brunch will be at the Omni Charlotte Hotel Ballroom and everyone will be seated at tables of 10.
  • PLEASE NOTE that because of the theater layout, in order to be seated with someone you know (for both the Champions Gala and the Brunch), you will need to have one person register the entire group that wants to sit together at the same time.We will not be taking seating requests. If you choose to pay by check, each person can send in a check for their portion separately. Just have them note who registered them and make sure an attendee information form is filled out.
  • Seats will be reserved according to the level of registration and the time it is processed through our online or phone system. Even if you pay by check, you will be assigned seating based on the online submission time, not when the payment arrives.
  • When registering, you will also have the opportunity to make an extra donation to help the Project invite local families and program staff to join us for the Gala. Based on seat availability.

 

Attendee Information

After your Gala Registration is submitted, you will receive a link to an online attendee information form. You will be asked to enter the name of each attendee along with their address and email. You will also be asked if they need a receipt for their registration.

In order to help us in our event planning, please submit this form as soon as you can after you submit your registration. The forms can be submitted through Sept 22nd, but earlier is preferred. If changes need to be made after you submit your attendee info, please email the changes to the Project Office by Sept 22nd.
